My Education

I started my child life journey by receiving my Bachelors in Child Development from the University of Rhode Island. As I began working in the field, I realized the immense need for pediatric mental health; it blended seamlessly with child life. I am currently working towards my Masters in Licensed Mental Health Counseling and Dance Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA and will completed May 2022. This degree will enhance my child life skills by combining dance therapy and mental health, with play therapy and procedural support, creating a unique recipe for child life interventions.
